Scrap Away Metal Recycling provides free collection of scrap metal, appliances, electronics, and other recyclable items from residential, commercial, and construction locations in Hamilton and surrounding areas.

All pickups are subject to:

Our coverage area
Item eligibility (we reserve the right to refuse non-metal or hazardous items)
Scheduling availability

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You are authorized to schedule a pickup at the address provided
All items are safe and accessible for removal

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Obstruct or endanger our team during pickup
Attempt to use our services for unlawful dumping or disposal

4. Limitation of Liability

Scrap Away Metal Recycling is not liable for:

Any incidental damage to surrounding property during large-item removal, unless due to negligence
Items not present or accessible at the time of the scheduled pickup
Any disposal of items mistakenly left out that were not intended for pickup

All pickups are performed at your own risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Changes or Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your pickup with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to:

Cancel appointments due to unsafe access, weather, or operational constraints
Decline service outside of our service areas or item eligibility

6. Intellectual Property
